This test is useful to find out whether the endometrium has got the implantation power to accept the embryos.
This is especially useful in patients who had previous IVF failure patients with good quality embryos transferred.
For patients with multiple IVF failure we offer ERA and as per the result we do individualised scheduling of embryo transfer which gives us excellent success rate
Many embryos may look like A Grade embryos on D2, D3 or even on D5,but they may not be chromosomally normal.
Checking the embryos by PGT will reveal whether they are normal or abnormal
Transferring only chromosomally normal embryos will increase the success rates.
Now in PGT we do Noninvasive PGT, in which embryos will not be disturbed physically for checking the chromosomal status in embryos.
