Endometriosis Treatment

Endometriosis is a chronic problem which is increasing these days

In endometriosis there is some retrograde menstruation happening every month during menstrual periods which progressively increases over years

Late marriage and delaying first child birth,increases the chance of endometriosis.

Endometriosis patients have dysmenorrhea (painful periods), menorrhagia(excessive bleeding) during periods and pain during intercourse

We do laparoscopic endometriosis Surgery to grade the severity of endometriosis and give maximum clearance of endometriotic lesions.

We do hormonal treatment and laparoscopic cystectomy for endometriosis to reduce pain, bleeding and all symptoms.

For Endometriosis patients, there is a chance of reduced fertility (Especially in Grade 3 and Grade 4 endometriosis patients).

In severe endometriosis patients, there are chances of compromised egg quality and low AMH. Hence it is better to do early treatment.

Severe endometriosis patients may require special IVF protocol and pretreatment before IVF to improve the egg quality and hence improve IVF success rates.
